Cytek® Aurora CS
ظهور پدیده ای درخشان : تلفیقی از Spectral و Cell sorter
Cytek Aurora CS
The Cytek Aurora CS was designed to leverage the paradigm-shifting technology onboard the Cytek Aurora system and deliver the sorting capabilities you have come to expect in a high-end sorter.
Like Aurora, the CS provides the benefits of Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP™) technology. Its optical design and unmixing algorithm provide scientists remarkable flexibility, enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application. The state-of-the-art optics and low-noise electronics provide high-resolution, high-content and high sensitivity.
The result is a system that delivers high resolution at the single cell level to resolve the most challenging cell populations, such as cells with high autofluorescence or low levels of expression of key biomarkers, regardless of assay complexity, and to isolate live cells for downstream studies.

Autofluorescence Extraction
The Aurora CS system’s implementation of full spectrum flow cytometry enables the use of autofluorescence extraction to further improve data clarity. Certain sample types, such as yeast and tumor samples, present the challenge of high autofluorescence. For these challenging applications involving highly autofluorescent particles, let the software’s autofluorescence extraction tool bring new levels of resolution.
Optical Performance
The ability to generate high quality multi-parametric data is key to successfully utilize data dimensionality and 2-D visualization algorithms. Run the OMIP-069 (PMID: 32830910) 40-color deep immunophenotyping panel on the Cytek Aurora system, and sort it on the Cytek Aurora CS with similar performance.
In-Depth Functional Sorting
The Cytek® Aurora CS combines full spectrum profiling (FSP™) technology and high-end sorting functionality to enable you to dig deep into your cellular assays. Select sort populations up to 64 levels deep into the gating hierarchy, and sort up to 6 ways into 1.5 mL tubes, up to 4 ways into 5 mL tubes, or into plates.
In-Depth Purity Sorting
To demonstrate the Cytek Aurora CS’s capabilities made possible by its advanced electronics design, a 28-color human deep T-cell immunophenotyping panel was transferred from the Cytek Aurora and 6 low frequency T-cell and NK cell subsets shown below were sorted with a 100 μm nozzle and checked for purity.
